About Tanjil Ahmed

Tanjil Ahmed was born in 1993 at Kuliarchar Upazila in Kishoregong District in Bangladesh. He completed his graduation degree in 2016 and his post-graduation degree in 2017 from Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University under the discipline of Public Administration and Governance Studies. Before that, he had completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2010 and his Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) in 2012 from Kuliarchar Govt. High School and Kuliarchar Govt. College, respectively under the discipline of Business Studies.

However, his academic results are commendable. He has attained a GPA-5.00 at both the Secondary (SSC) and Higher Secondary (HSC) levels. Besides, he has attained CGPA-3.89 and CGPA-3.95 in his BSS and MSS exams securing the "First Class First" position.

Tanjil Ahmed received multiple awards for his dedication to education. He has already received Prime Minister Gold Medal Award -2018Kazi Aniruddha Merit Scholarship-2019, and UGC Merit Scholarship-2019.

Current Position

Tanjil Ahmed joined the department of public administration and governance studies at Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, Trishal, Mymensingh, as a lecturer in 2021.

Social Worker

As well, Tanjil Ahmed is a social activist who is engaged in several social organizations. In particular, he is a director of the Marginalized Welfare Organization (MWO), which works for the welfare of the backward section of society.
